During periods of high demand, holidays, promotional campaigns, or operational delays, processing times may be extended.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

To provide exclusive products and competitive pricing, we collaborate with carefully selected international suppliers and fulfillment partners across Asia.

As part of this operational model:

  • Some products may ship directly from international distribution centers
  • Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages
  • Shipping times may vary depending on destination country and carrier operations

All orders include tracking information whenever available.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination, customs procedures, and local carrier performance.

General delivery estimates:

  • United States: 6–15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–12 business days
  • Europe: 6–15 business days
  • Canada & Australia: 7–18 business days
  • International Orders: 7–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed delivery dates.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Tracking updates may take a few business days to appear after shipment confirmation due to international carrier processing.

In some cases, local carrier updates may temporarily pause during customs clearance or transit between logistics centers.


5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Depending on your country’s regulations, international orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or additional carrier fees.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are outside our control.

Customers are responsible for complying with local import regulations applicable in their country.


6. Delivery Delays

While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure reliable delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • High seasonal demand
  • International transportation disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Celimax Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

If incorrect or incomplete shipping information is provided:

  • Delivery delays may occur
  • Additional carrier fees may apply
  • Orders may be returned or lost

We are unable to guarantee replacements or refunds for orders affected by incorrect customer information.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we may offer:

  • A replacement shipment
  • Store credit
  • A refund

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier may require additional verification before compensation is approved.

Celimax Beauty is not responsible for stolen packages after successful delivery confirmation.


9. Separate Shipments

Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners and warehouses, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately.

Customers may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.


10. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipping to certain countries, regions, or addresses based on operational, legal, or logistical limitations.
