By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be returned in the original packaging
  • Not show signs of misuse, damage, or improper handling
  • Include all accessories, manuals, gifts, or promotional items originally included

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain skincare and cosmetic products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.


2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

After verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • Store credit
  • A partial or full refund

3. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.

After this period, orders may already be processed by our international fulfillment partners and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

If the order has already been shipped, the return process must be followed after delivery.


4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong product was received
  • The item is confirmed defective

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.


5. International Fulfillment & Shipping Times

To provide exclusive products and competitive pricing, we work with carefully selected international suppliers and fulfillment partners across Asia.

Because of this operational model, some orders may require additional processing and international transit time before delivery.

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Customs clearance
  • Local carriers
  • Seasonal demand
  • Weather or logistical delays

6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Please note that your financial institution or payment provider may require additional processing time.


7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be granted in the following situations:

  • Products showing signs of use
  • Opened skincare/cosmetic products when hygiene regulations apply
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Delivery delays caused by customs or carriers outside our control
  • Orders refused by the customer at delivery
  • Minor packaging damage caused during transportation that does not affect the product itself

8. Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will offer either:

  • A replacement shipment
  • A full refund

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier may require additional verification before compensation is approved.


9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact our support team before opening a payment dispute or chargeback.

Opening fraudulent chargebacks after successful delivery may result in restricted future purchases and additional verification procedures.
